We cancled the market today. Got to the greenhouse today and looks a little short on product today. The romaine needs some time and there is a ton a work to do here at the farm. We have to get more tomatoes transplanted and some drip irrigation installed so we can continue to supply the markets with more of a selection.
Thanks to all who have supported us at the markets. Hope to see you soon!

Just wanted to say thanks to Frank from the Cocoa Beach market. He brought us some wonderful local brussel sprouts from his garden on the beach. I made them how he suggested and they were awesome. Next time you run across some fresh b-sprouts use this recipe. Take 1/2 onion diced and some diced pancetta. Sauté that med heat until bacon is rendered and onions a lovely golden brown. Toss in the sliced brussel sprouts and some butter cook for 5min and serve hot. Simple and delicious.
